How to Make World of Warcraft Gold – The Art of Cooking

by on Feb.19, 2010, under Warcraft, Warcraft Gold

When I first started playing World of Warcraft as a Mage in my early levels, I ignored the profession of cooking, thinking it to be a dull and menial task for an aspiring courageous type, like myself.  Instead, I centered all my energies – and Mana – on my daily grind for cheap wow gold and relaxing with guild buddies in the Pig and Whistle.

How to start WoW cooking?Fundamentally you must be able to make fire get instructed to cook by a NPC trainer & recipes and ingredients like spices can be acquired at the auction house or gained from visiting certain players in-game.  A good amount of Gold can be made as well from selling your cooked recipes to players that require the food or maybe the buff the recipe gives them.  Start cooking your butt off to make your gold.  But this isn’t the best way to make gold.

OK now that you have learned all of your abilities you should buy some ingredients from a cooking supplies seller and you should be prepared to start cooking.  You may also buy the flint and tender and the simple wood to build your own fire from the cooking supplies vendor.  Just remember that when you reach certain levels you’ll be able to learn new recipes and you will have to visit the cooking trainer to learn these new recipes.

It can be quite hard to benefit from WoW cooking as a profession as the majority of food is sort of low price, but , in the new expansion packs there are a lot more novelty items which incline to go for higher values.  One such recipe is that for savory Deviate Delight.  The recipe itself can be quite costly to pick-up 20g or more but if you are horde side you can farm it in the Barrens quite simply.

Then you need to combine your cooking with fishing and head over to the wailing caves instance where you can fish for Deviate Fish which you can then cook into savoury Deviate delight which sell for at least 10 gold a stack.  That entire process can be done by a level 15-20 personality quite simply so if you’re short on money then a suggest giving it a go. Zygor Guides – World of Warcraft Leveling Guide

by on Feb.18, 2010, under Warcraft, WoW Leveling

The World of Warcraft (WoW) is today considered the largest massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORG) in the world of online gaming, estimated to capture about 62% or the total MMORG playing population, with over 11.5 million monthly subscriptions (as of 2008 December).

Terming the virtual realm as Azeroth, the game allows the users to create personalities on their own, where they can choose between two modes or a combination of both namely:Player vs Player where the player fights the opponents teams involving humans or orcs, or PLayer vs Environment where the players challenge climate and monsters The aim of the game is to move higher in levels and acquire more skills and points doing so. The objective is reached by means of quests which are very similar to Sir Galahad\’s for the Holy Grail, where the rewards can be equaled to cash or things like gold etc. Different types of \”quests\” which are also called as \”tasks\” or \”missions\” are there and each quest starts with the previous one. Visit this internet website: nyhms warcraft leveling guides to find out more.

WOW includes 1 to 80 skill levels, reaching the 80th level takes days to months at times depending on the duration played and skills acquired. However, there are some tricks that help you in shortening the duration and bypassing levels which are listed in leveling guides and overall make the game exciting and addictive.

Though there are lot of guides, WOW gamers prefer Zygor\’s guide the most as they find it user-friendly and useful for beginners and experts. The only aspect that makes Zygor guide dear to the WOW gamers is that, they have listed tricks for both Alliance and Horde the two combating races of Azeroth which is not available in other guides. The methods listed in there are precise, easily understandable and whole making it useful even for a beginer .

There is even a map add-on that can guide you to places of better performance or turning in every quest. Hints generally basic though very helpful in times of need.

Blacksmithing Guide: An Effective Way To Become The Most Productive BLacksmith

by on Feb.15, 2010, under Warcraft, Warcraft Gold

In the game World of Warcraft, one of the most wanted roles is blacksmithing. For the sake of the elusive gold, this profession entails crafting awesome armors and weapons and selling them. So, if you want to be a success in this profession, you will need a good reliable blacksmithing guide to help you all throughout your adventures. As most probably know it, it can equate to thousands of gold just to level up in blacksmithing.

For this reason, it is recommended for anyone desiring to become a blacksmith to go into mining as their second profession.

Blacksmithing is the ideal choice for the melee DPS classes and plate users since most of the items crafted are for the use of these classes. As you start with the quest, you require apprenticeship by finding a trainer, whom you can trace in the large cities. If you cannot find a trainer easily, asking other players is always the best course of action. Coal, various flux including elemental, weak and strong, grinding stones, and at some points, gems and leathers are the basic items you will be in need of in your quests. You will also require blacksmith hammer to make the items. Most items can be crafted at forges, which are found in major cities.

You can be a weaponsmith at any point of your adventures. But you also have the choice of becoming into Axe Smith, Sword Smith, Mace Smith, or Armor Smith, it all depends on you.

You also have the privilege to redo your initial choice by choosing another one. This could be very expensive on your part though, with the cost ranging from 25G to 100G. So, if you don\’t want to spend this high, as we all sure know you would not want it, don\’t choose the wrong weaponsmith.

While the blacksmithing guide helps you achieve higher levels in your profession, you can also utilize it for gaining profits. Players would do anything after all for profits. It is mentioned a while ago that in blacksmithing, it is essential that you choose mining as your second profession. In mining, you can collect huge amounts of metal or ore, which are extremely required in blacksmithing. This is vital for generating income sufficient enough as you go later on with your quests since the metal or gold collections can be sold at the auction houses.

Since you need to go to the auction houses to sell your collections, it is advised that you also frequently hang out at these places in order for you to learn which items are highly demanded, so in turn, you can make, sell them and make profits more. The amounts of gold you will earn from selling those goods at reasonable prices at the auction houses will suit you to level up with your reputation as well as your character.

As a result, you lure other people to buy goods from you and in the process helps you level up even faster. This is perfectly the reason why blacksmithing is considered the most profitable profession, and at the same time entertaining and rewarding . Utilizing the blacksmithing guide properly then will help you achieve that easily and figure out how to use highest efficiency of your character.

Blacksmithing is a profession that can be challenging yet exciting and difficult yet lucrative trade. If you want to maximize your character\’s potential in WOW, get detailed information about blacksmithing guide.

Frostwing Halls and Patch 3.3.2 Released, Beaten and Dusted. Now What for Warcraft

by on Feb.14, 2010, under Warcraft

Did you know that Frostwing was open? Of course you did. As I write its the 8th February 2010, it\’s been open six days now. Apparently one guild has completed it.

So less than a week after opening, and with the limited attempts Blizzard have placed on the number of cracks you can have at it, Frostwing Halls has been conquered. In 10 man mode at least.

That\’s it then. Now we farm Frostwing for, well for nine months. My guild is confident of having it cracked at 10 and 25 by mid March 2010, so we\’ll run it probably ten or fifteen times (until people get bored) and by mid April we will be done.

Cataclysm release dates are most optimistically put at fall 2010. October being the most touted date. That gives us instance guilds six months with nothing to do.

Me? I certainly won\’t be paying subs for six months with no new content to play. I\’ll cancel then come back when Blizzard remember that Warcraft is a game of progression. No progression – no play – no pay subs. For me at least it\’s that simple.

If you are an instance guild, does the idea of paying for months of no progressive content appeal to you? Yes. I have written before on this, and got replies about PvP and PvE quests etc. Good Great – Missing the point. A very large numper of people play Warcraft more or less exclusively for the end game instances. If you don\’t, then great. No problem. This article isn\’t aimed at you. But for those of us who play the game for the instances this is a disaster looming.

Just a quick note for the guys at Blizzard. Get patch 3.4 out, or release Cataclysm. I reckon June 2010, July at a push. By then even the guilds full of rushed Hunters will have completed the game. The essence of Warcraft is constant progression. No progression? For many that\’s not an option they are prepared to pay for.

Where To Do Gold Farming at Northred | Know The Best Spots

by on Feb.13, 2010, under Warcraft, Warcraft Gold

WoW offer very vast selection of gold making, including crafting items, gather materials, Auction House, etc. Despite all that selections, apparently most of us still cling to the old ways of making gold: farming.

Bashing monsters while earning gold is a great way to testing your skill and gear while having fun at the same time. I have prepared a list of farming spots in Northrend where you can gain proper amount of gold per hour. If you are looking for information on early level farming, I recommend that you check gold farming guide.

If you have reached Northrend, here’s the list:

1. The Storm Peaks
Mobs:
– Scion of Storm (level 78); have 33% chances to drop Relic of Ulduar, 26% chances to drop Crystallized Air.
– Seething Revenant (level 79); have 34% chances to drop Relic of Ulduar, 26% chances to drop Crystallized Fire.
– Icebound Revenant (level 78); has 22% probability in dropping Crystallized Water.
– Nascent Val’kyr (level 78); have 100% chances to drop Dissolved Soul Essence, 0.5% probability in dropping Fractured Scarlet Ruby.
– Valkyrion Aspirant (level 74); it has 29% probability in dropping Frostweave Cloth and 41% probability for dropping Relic of Ulduar.

2. Wintergrasp (PvP territory)
Mobs:
– Tempest Revenant (level 80); will always give you Crystallized Air.
Water Revenant (level 80); nearly always gives you Crystallized Water.
– Shadow Revenant (level 80); almost sure to give you Crystallized Shadow.
– Flame Revenant (level 80); drop Crystallized Fire in most of the time.
– Earthbound Revenant (level 80); definitely will gives you Crystallized Earth.
Note that these mobs can only be seen with the ‘Essence of Wintergrasp’ buff.

3. Icecrown
Mobs:
– Converted Hero (level 79); have 40% chances to drop Frostweave Cloth. For every pack, there is about six mobs included; so the strategy is round them up and finish them quickly, thus you can have proper gold per hour rate.

4. Dragonblight
Start from south of Venomspite and keep moving south while taking down every mobs that you encounter. Most of them are humanoid type, so you’ll gain gold from them as well as various items. If your level is high enough, you can finish them quickly without much difficulties (most of the NPC are between level 70 and 73).

When you reach The Forgotten Shore, sweep the coast line for more mobs, then get to the ship and kill even more mobs. By the time you have done, the previous mobs should have respawn  already, so go back to where you came from and repeat the whole process.

Note: before you get start, check the items prices at your realm first; that way you can go for the one that offer maximum profits. Of course, checking prices is only a basic thing to do, check gold secrets review for more advanced AH method to maximize your earning from farming.

With so many options in gold making, obviously one will be better than the other. For example, an expert Auction House player can generate gold in just relatively short time compared to the other player that mining ore for hours. Nevertheless, farming is still one of the best method if you know WHERE and WHAT to farm. Find the answer for this in the list of best gold guides at how to make wow gold.

Grinding Reputation for a Mount in Warcraft

by on Feb.13, 2010, under Warcraft, Warcraft Gold

You should always choose the race you play with care in Warcraft, some decisions are not immediately apparent. For instance, it may not be until level 20 that you start to think about the mount that your race has as standard. You will get a letter from your trainer inviting you to learn the basics.

Mounts make travel 60% faster. Levelling and questing is speeded up considerably as a result. But what if you prefer a different racial mount?

Well, it will only be an appearance issue. All mounts perform identically, initially giving you the 60% speed increase. But you do have the choice of working towards another racial mount if that\’s what you prefer. Want a Mechostrider or a Nightsabre?

Well it might be possible. The first thing to understand is that you cannot have a mount from the other faction. Alliance mounts are for Alliance only and vice versa.

To be able to buy a mount from another race you need to be exalted with them. This means raising your reputation. This can be done in two ways.

The best way for players without a lot of gold is to go to the starting zone for the race whose mount you want and complete all the quests you can find. Although the gold rewards and XP will be very low, you will get full reputation from these quests. Also, at level 20 or higher, you will race through these quests very quickly.

Secondly, at level 40, find the quartermaster for the faction whose mount you want. He will begin a quest chain that involves handing in cloth. Lots and lots of cloth. Each bundle brings with it reputation for you.

If you keep at it, either questing or handing in all the spare cloth you have, you will eventually get to exalted and be able to buy the mount of your choice.

Leveling WoW Priest | Holy Priest Talent Build

by on Feb.11, 2010, under Warcraft, WoW Leveling

There are two main path for a priest build: Holy and Shadow Priest. Each path offer different talent build and playing sytle. This guide will talking mainly about Holy priest talent build.

If this is your first time playing a priest, know that there are few type of Priest: “Holy Priest” which is your conservative healing-focused Priest and ” Shadow Priest” which is focus on deadly skills. Note that while I can provide you with the talent build, the best ways to cover the other aspects of the game such as fast leveling and gold making is still by using a guide. Why? See the answer at World of Warcraft Strategy Guide.

Priest Talent Builds
First, you will want to invest on Healing Focus and Improved Renew. Put two points in Healing Focus and 3 in Improved Renew; it is important that you can heal more without interruption.

The next things to do is maxed Spell Warding and Divine Fury to prolong your life. Add one point to Desperate Player, it will heal you instantly,  also another skill to prolong your life.

Maxing Holy Reach will give you 20% extra range for six different spells, keep you in safe distance while maintaining the survivability of your group members. Improved Healing is need to be maxed as well since it will reduce the mana cost for five different spells.

Healing Prayers is another friend of your mana pool, max this talent to gain 20% reduction of two different spells. As for Spirit of Redemption, you don’t want to use this often since it will make you die, but one point in this talent can save your group from a chaotic situation, so take this one as a reserve.

Obviously, you will not be the damage dealer when you are in a group, but adding 5 points to Spiritual Guidance is not a bad idea since it will give you fighting ability for unpredictable situations.

You might have read other recommendation about Surge of Light; in my opinion, take this talent only if you are going to use Smite and Flash Heal repeatedly later at higher level. As for Spiritual Healing, you definitely want this as a Holy Priest since it will increase your healing spells by 10%.

A Lightwell will benefit the entire group during a raid; it heal anyone in your group that click it. It is not instant healing, but it is a good way to keep your mana for more demanding situation.

Put two points in Empowered Healing to boost your greater healing and three in Serendipity to reduce your next spell casting; these will open the next talents.

These next three talents are very important for a Holy Priest; I suggest that you maxed all of them. Empowered Renew will make your Renew heal the target instantly; Circle of Healing allowing you to heal up to five friendly party or raid members within range; Test of Faith increase healing rate on a party members whose health below 50%, increase the probability to save him/her.

These two last talents have many variation in different Priest Leveling Guide, some will say to invest the rest of the points in the Discipline Tree, but for this build, I will include it as well. Three points in Divine Providence will give you 6% power up for some healing spells and open your path to the next talents. As for the last talent, Guardian Spirit; it will increase your tank’s survivability and make it easier for you to keep him/her alive during chaotic situation.

As a Holy Priest, you will want to spend the last 20 points on the Discipline Tree to increase your survivability. Keeping yourself alive comes first before maintain the others health and a group will be in a very disadvantage when their healer dies, so these are how to spend the rest of your points:

  1. Unbreakable Will; reduce the duration of various side effects, enable you to back into battle faster.
  2. Silent Resolve; reduce the chance to dispell your helpful spells and damage over time spells.
  3. Improved Power Word: Fortitude; increase Fortitude and Prayer Fortitude by 30%.
  4. Martyrdom; gain Focused Casting effect for six seconds after getting hit by critical range or melee attack.
  5. Meditation; allow your 50% of your mana regeneration continue even as you casting spells.
  6. Inner Focus; cut down the mana cost for your next spell by 100% and raising its critical rate by 25%.
  7. Improved Power Word: Shield; boost Shield word by 15%.

This priest leveling guide is focus on priest talent builds; as for leveling places you can visit instances dungeon with your group or leveling through quests. Doing quests is more recommended since it will earn you proper gear so you don’t have to bought it and it is faster to reach level 80. Check the easy ways to do this at world of warcraft leveling guide.

Note: if healing and support is your favorite role, you may interested to play a Holy Paladin in PvP arena. This class has tremendous impact on the tide of the battle in the right hand. Check the build at Paladin PvP Guide.

Alliance Leveling Guide – The Quickest Method to Play

by on Feb.11, 2010, under Warcraft, WoW Leveling

My sister has been playing Wow on Alliance since its establishment. As such, she is an extremely big fan of the Warcraft series, making it clear that she would enjoy the World of Warcraft as well. Truly, she enjoys nothing more than to hunt a wide assortment of creatures and kill them. However, this joy was short lived as she began to realize just how long it took to gain levels, and began to complain about this fact. Honestly, I didn\’t pay a great deal of attention to her until she began pestering me about it. I had to find something quickly in order to quiet her, and therefore, began searching for an Alliance leveling guide.

And you know there are no girls on the internet, so it would be too hard for her. I dove into the internet and looked up a bunch of forums and guide reviews. I was surprised to see how many people were struggling just like her. So many people were struggling with how huge the game was and not knowing where to go. Because of WoW\’s size you need to really find a route that\’s right for you. Using and Alliance leveling guide you will know the route you need to take to level quickly.

I found a great guide for my sister that she found that people in her guild were using guides as well. After talking to them I asked them where these guides were so I could have a look. After I saw the guide they were using I was certain this the was the guide I needed. It was incredibly well done and detailed and was even easier to set up. The guide on the quests were incredibly easy to read and told you everything you needed to do to get them done quickly. It didn\’t only just help you get through quests it also gave us tips on which gear we should look for that our characters could use. Even though she has been playing for a while now she was still quite the newb, this guide would be perfect for her.

As such, I sent the guide to my sister and hoped it would meet with success. Several days passed, and I hadn\’t heard anything from her, I knew the guide did the trick. After speaking with her, she informed me that not only was she leveling at a rapid rate, but it was quite simple to do.

Therefore, if you find yourself in the same situation or you simply are looking for techniques to level faster in the World of Warcraft, consider looking for an Alliance leveling guide.

Alliance Leveling Guide – Tips For Alliance Fast Leveling

by on Feb.10, 2010, under Warcraft, WoW Leveling

Ever since I started to play World of Warcraft, I\’ve been hanging out with the good guys of the Alliance. But no matter how many characters I\’ve started, I always gave up on taking them over level 40 because that\’s when things get rough. But between my guilds raids, I haven\’t found anything satisfying to do than level another toon. So, to take it as fast as possible to the end game content I took in an Alliance leveling guide. This guide has shown me quite a bunch of leveling tricks to enhance my XP, so I\’m going to share a few of them here.

1. Always pick up all the quests that you encounter. In World of Warcraft, questing is the main way to level up, and you always need to focus on the bonus XP that you will get by completing a quest instead of the XP from the mobs that you kill. It\’s also much better to solve only quests that are lower than you, to go through them faster and without dying 10 times on a quest.

2. This Alliance leveling guide has taught me not to spend too much time equipping my toons while still leveling up. Anyone will be just fine with the green crap from quests. Also, it\’s important to save all the gold from quests for the epic flying mount and for Cold Weather Flying skill. As soon as you get your swift flying ability, your XP rating will sky rocket, as you won\’t need to take long detours to achieve your goals.

3. If you level your character during week-ends, which is most likely, queue for the holiday battleground and try not to miss any queue. You\’ll get a high amount of XP in a BG, honor points and also badges which you\’ll use them later. Also, if your faction wins, you will get a juicy bonus of XP. For example, I got 120k XP from a win in Alterac Valley during a holiday week-end, at level 75.

I hope these tips have helped you at least a little in your conquest for every level in World of Warcraft. However if you\’re still having trouble leveling your Alliance toon I can only recommend the Alliance leveling guide I\’ve been working with. It worked 100% for me and I\’m sure it will help you out.

Here\’s the Alliance Leveling Guide I spoke about and here\’s another link where you can read more about this Alliance Leveling Guide.
